iPad Competition Terms

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. The promoter is Calder & Lawson House of travel Limited, 455 Grey Street, Hamilton
  3. Entry into this promotion is open to New Zealand residents only except employees of the House of Travel group of Companies, their advertising and promotional agencies and in both cases their immediate families.
  4. The promotion commences on Sunday 1st January 2012 , and closes on Tuesday 7th February 2012 at midnight. Prizewinners will be selected by the promoter on or about Thursday 9th February. The first entry drawn that complies with these terms will win the prize. The winner will be notified by email, using the details provided in their entry. In the event of the prize notification e-mail being returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited.
  5. Entry is free.
  6. The promoter's decisions relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  7. By entering this promotion you consent to your content being displayed online for public viewing at the discretion of the promoter.
  8. The promoter will not be held responsible for entries not properly received for any reason, whether or not caused by the promoter.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the prizes at any time without notice.
  10. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
  11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for such an event.
  12. House of Travel reserve the right to use winners' names for promotional purposes on the website and facebook.

  2. The prize includes one iPad2 only.
  3. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  4. Calder & Lawson House of Travel holds no responsibility for goods that are damaged or faulty
